Handmade Items - What to Expect
Every single product we make is handmade, expect slight imperfections such as wax melt frosting (white spots on melts), uneven tops and organic pigmentation in lipglosses.
Each of our products are unique, even if they are made in the same batch. Expect slight colour variations and difference between products. All of my product look as much like the published image as possible.
if you are sensitive to fragrance and flavours / skincare oils, please test the product first.
Refunds / Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Please be sure to read information across our site about your items before you order.
All sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded, and are final.
Lipglosses cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons, even if they are unopened. All sales on lip hybrids are final.
If your items are damaged, stolen, or otherwise unusable upon arrival, you may request a refund or a replacement equal to your order value excluding shipping costs, after sending photographic evidence of your parcel. If replacement item is requested, customer pays full shipping fee. Replacements can only be made on items that are currently in stock.
Although unlikely, if we ship the wrong item to you, please contact us and we will send out a replacement at no cost.
Refunds are not issued for;
- Lost mail
- Customers who enter an incorrect address at checkout. If the item is returned to us, you will be expected to pay for shipping again to receive the parcel. DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address is correct.
- Customers who choose they don't like the product for personal reasons unrelated to the business, or change their minds. (eg, personal preference, quality)
- Customers who misuse the product (eg, not using the product for it's intended use, resulting in a non-functional purchase)
Note for Delivery and Postage
If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, they will be expected to pay for the items to be shipped again. Please double check your shipping address before ordering.
If you are buying a product from BFMCREATES, from outside of the UK, you are classified as an importer under the new Brexit rules (July 1st). You cannot ask for a return or refund on the basis of additional VAT, customs, import or clearance costs. These fees will need to be paid before you can receive your parcel.
We do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
